General Question
We only provide FULL INTERIOR packages. So our interior details cover everything(your car will get the complete detail), the reason why we do this is because we dont like leaving anything behind when we detail, and by having multiple packages, it can incite people to get a lower tier one, and therefore us having to leave stuff out when we detail. We like to maintain a good reputation when it comes to detailing, and that means going from start to end on our details. ,.
Yes, appointments are recommended to ensure service availability and prompt attention. You can easily book by filling out a form or the best way would be to give us a TEXT .
A full detailing service usually takes between 1–10 hours depending on the vehicle size, condition, and selected service package. On your average dirty small to medium sized vehicle: 1-3hours. A paint correction varies from 5-10hours. A disaster detail takes 3-7hours. A exterior detail on a small/medium size vehicle takes around 45mins. A truck or larger vehicle around 1h30
Pricing & Packages
Prices for every vehicle varies, it mainly depends on the condition of the vehicle(the dirtier, the more the price varies), hence why we demand pictures to give you an accurate quote.

Miscancellaneous
We do need a plug in order to get our equipment running, and a hose will be necessary if you want a exterior detail. A hose is highly recommended as it also speeds up our interior detail(mainly for door jams, and carpet mats)

Location & Transport
We’re located in Ottawa and serve surrounding areas(Excluding areas such as: Gatineau, Carleton Place, Arnprior will require a transportation fee). If you do not have a driveway accessible, or water/power, you can always drop off the vehicle in our designed spot in Barrhaven.

Aftercare & Support
Paint correction removes imperfections from the clear coat, while the ceramic coating adds a durable protective layer that shields against UV rays, road salt, contaminants, and minor surface damage. Longevity depends heavily on how the vehicle is maintained and where it is driven. Frequent exposure to harsh weather, winter salt, automatic car washes with brushes, and improper washing techniques can drastically reduce the lifespan of the coating(and can damage the paint). However, when the vehicle is hand washed regularly using proper methods, kept out of harsh conditions when possible, and maintained with recommended aftercare products, a ceramic coating can provide long-lasting gloss, protection, and easier cleaning for years.
Avoid washing your car for the first 2 days. After that, only use pH-neutral car shampoos and soft microfiber towels for maintenance. After our rough winters in Ontario, we highly recommend to DE-CLOG the coating off your vehicle. During winter, your vehicle is constantly exposed to road salt, sand, calcium chloride, grime, and slush. These contaminants bond to the surface and begin to fill the microscopic pores of the coating. When those pores get packed with salt and mineral deposits, the coating can’t bead water properly anymore. It starts to look like it’s not working, but in reality, it’s just contaminated. Hence we recommend you de-clog your vehicle or simply book a Exterior Detail with us, and we will take care of it for you.
